The Niagara News is the community newspaper of Niagara College located in Welland and Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada. It is created and produced by the students of the Niagara College Journalism program.
The leaves are falling off the trees, the weather is cooling down and the kids are getting their costumes ready for the big night.
So what can you do now that you don’t have the beach to occupy your free time?
Watch horror flicks, of course.
When asked what her favourite Halloween movie is, Hayley Doan didn’t hesitate.
“The Conjuring,” said Doan, 25. “Paranormal activity is something I’ve always been interested in and that movie delivers the most realistic paranormal experience that I’ve seen in horror films.”
For Tim Staples, 31, his favourite horror film is laughable – literally.
“Killer Klowns from Outer Space,” said Staples, “because it was so low-budget that it was more funny than scary.”
